CAPTEC is very familiar with Roadway/Utility and Drainage Construction Standards and has the personnel available to manage municipal and private construction projects.  These services may include value engineering plans and reviewing permits, providing utility coordination  and assisting in the bidding of the project. CAPTEC can negotiate contracts with the qualified bidder, attend pre-construction meetings, provide shop drawing review, manage weekly construction meetings to ensure that the project remains on track, while maintaining open lines of communication between the construction management team and the Client.  In these meetings, CAPTEC prepares and distributes detailedmeeting minutes.

CAPTEC assists our Clients in completing projects efficiently and professionally, with minimal interruption to neighboring businesses / residences.  CAPTEC’s professional staff is experienced in CEI / construction management activities, to meet Client deadlines, maintain daily records of construction progress to ensure that all participants are working toward the same goal, and are aware of each other’s efforts.  Our participation will ensure that construction of our Client’s proposed improvements will be completed in accordance with design intent, within budget and in a timely manner.
