Our first major private client was an Assisted Living Facility.  CAPTEC provided design, permitting and construction administration services for over 70 Assisted / Independent Living facilities throughout the state of Florida.  We also participated in the initial introduction of these facilities into the Georgia and Alabama areas.   

We have provided civil engineering services for a wide variety of projects and clients since the early days.  In many cases, private development and municipal retrofit / improvement projects overlap.  Our excellent working relationship with local municipalities and understanding of their regulations and preferences serves to facilitate the coordination process.
