CAPTEC has extensive stormwater management design experience.  We have providedstormwater management design services for new and retrofit projects for most local municipalities and a long list of private clients.  We have developed hydrologic and hydraulic models for most drainage basins throughout Martin County and in the City of Port St. Lucie.  We have utilized these models to determine adequate public feasibility deficiencies and recommend improvements for future developments and redevelopments.  We have also provided similar services throughout St. Lucie County for both public and private entities.  Being actively involved in public projects, CAPTEC’s approach has teamed several private developments with public CIP projects to provide a benefit to municipalities.
